Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

PQE: 3 PQE

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Circa £45k (DOE)

Overview

At an exciting time of growth, this leading regional law firm is looking to expand their private client team through the appointment of an ambitious Private Client Solicitor. The role requires at least 3 years' PQE handling complex private client matters and advising a varied client base. Candidates who have a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge alongside building and developing relationships with both new and existing clients are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support on Wills, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, LPAs, and Court of Protection work.
• Manage your own caseload and build client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the team and the firm while maintaining longstanding relationships with key clients and internal teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3 years' PQE in private client matters.
• Experience with complex private client advice and client-facing situations.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team growth.
