The highly rated personal injury team of this reputable practice is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of matters. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of multi-track RTA, EL and PL cases from initial instruction through to completion. An experienced Personal Injury Solicitor is sought after to handle and manage your own caseload of complex matters which includes head and spinal injuries as well as amputations.
The appointed Personal Injury Lawyer will have at least 4 years PQE in handling their own caseload of personal injury matters. You will have gained experience in taking initial instructions from clients who have significant physical and emotional difficulties following severe injury through to the finish. Suitable Personal Injury Lawyers will have experience of drafting witness statements, liaising with experts, counsel and clients together with preparing court documents.
