Job Description Residential Property Solicitor, 1+ PQE – Cambridge – Due to growth this regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to deal with a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.
A highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is highly sought after to join a growing and expanding residential property department in Cambridge.
As the selected Residential Property Lawyer, you will be conducting a full and challenging caseload of residential property matters such as sales and purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold and also new builds.
Managing an existing caseload, you will be acting on behalf of private residential clients and developers and be expected to play an active role in business development.
You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with circa 1+ years PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters such as transfer of equity, sales and purchases, remortgages and both freehold and leasehold matters.
The firm prides itself on the first-class service it provides to their clients across a range of matters including private client, family, personal injury, commercial property, employment and litigation.
