An award-winning law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor.
LOCATION: Cambridge

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a top-ranked national team with high-profile work and excellent prospects. As the appointed Construction Solicitor, you will be working on complex and high-value transactions across the private and public sectors, advising clients including central government bodies, life sciences developers, major investors, and renowned education institutions. You will deal with a broad mix of work including drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, bespoke forms along with advising on collateral warranties, bonds, and consultant appointments.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be an experienced Construction Solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally with a background in non-contentious work gained at a recognised regional, national or City firm. You’ll bring excellent drafting, negotiation, and technical skills along with strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
