The Role

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Typical work will include:

You will also work closely with clients, agents, and lenders, ensuring transactions run smoothly and efficiently from instruction to completion.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
