We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join a market‑leading Commercial Contracts team in Bristol.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a varied commercial contracts caseload across sectors including Retail, Food & Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics.
- Your caseload will include supply arrangements, commercial joint ventures, collaboration and partnering arrangements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, distribution and agency agreements, logistics and warehousing and services agreements.
- You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives within a highly regarded national team.
Qualifications
- Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in career.
- Strong experience advising on a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Confidence managing complex matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising senior stakeholders.
