\n A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its established and growing team in Bristol.
\n This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist claimant clinical negligence department that is recognised in the legal directories for its expertise in handling complex, high-value cases involving severe and life-changing injuries.
The Role
\n You will work on a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, including:
\n • Birth injury and obstetric negligence claims
\n • Catastrophic and life-changing injury cases
\n • Spinal injury and amputation claims
\n • Delayed cancer diagnosis matters
\n • Neurological injury cases
\n • Cardiology and vascular surgery claims
\n • Orthopaedic, urology and gynaecology negligence claims
\n • High-value and complex personal injury matters
\n The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers and partners on significant, multi-million-pound claims.
About You
\n The ideal candidate will:
\n • Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to 5 years' PQE
\n • Have a strong background in claimant clinical negligence work
\n • Be capable of managing multiple matters effectively with minimal supervision
\n • Be proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
\n • Have a keen interest in developing professional connections and growing their profile within the sector
