Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with a range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Supporting fee earners on files from instruction through to completion
- Drafting legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Carrying out searches, preparing reports, and progressing transactions
- Ensuring files are maintained in line with regulatory and procedural requirements
- Previous experience within a residential conveyancing team (paralegal or legal assistant level)
- Understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
