Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with a range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Trusts and tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Supporting solicitors on more complex cases
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Managing administrative tasks and progressing files efficiently
  • Assisting with business development and maintaining client relationships
Candidate Requirements:
