A well-established, specialist law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded Employment Team. The firm is recognised nationally for its expertise within a niche commercial sector and advises businesses across the UK.
The Role
- You will work alongside experienced senior lawyers, providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice to a diverse client base. The role will involve:
- Day-to-day employment law advice
- Handling disciplinary and grievance matters
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Managing tribunal claims and litigation
- Advising on TUPE and business restructuring
- Supporting clients with compliance and HR best practice

About You
- The ideal candidate will have up to around 5 years' PQE in employment law
