A well-established, specialist law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded Employment Team. The firm is recognised nationally for its expertise within a niche commercial sector and advises businesses across the UK.

The Role

  • You will work alongside experienced senior lawyers, providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice to a diverse client base. The role will involve:
  • Day-to-day employment law advice
  • Handling disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • Managing tribunal claims and litigation
  • Advising on TUPE and business restructuring
  • Supporting clients with compliance and HR best practice

About You

  • The ideal candidate will have up to around 5 years' PQE in employment law
  • Recently qualified Solicitors who have spent at least a seat in employment law are encouraged to apply.
