About the RoleA well‐established firm in the West Midlands are seeking a talented and driven Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.

You will manage your own caseload of residential (and, where applicable, light commercial) property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring full compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations, SRA Accounts Rules, and internal firm procedures.

You\’ll have the support of two full‐time assistants, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients.

Hybrid working is available, and while full‐time hours are preferred, flexibility will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on all aspects of residential and / or commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post‐completion.

Draft, review, and negotiate contract documents.
