Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000 (DOE)

Role

You will be responsible for a varied caseload of property litigation matters and work closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution and commercial litigation teams. Your caseload will include landlord and tenant matters for both residential and commercial clients, boundary disputes and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and general commercial litigation matters. Playing an active role in business development and strengthening the firm's reputation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
• Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Advocacy experience would be advantageous.
