We are currently recruiting an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Property Litigation practice in Birmingham.

THE ROLE:

  • You will manage a varied and challenging caseload of predominantly commercial property litigation matters, while playing an active role in the team’s continued growth.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include conditional contracts, option agreements, overage and other property contracts, restrictive covenants and easements, rights of light and nuisance claims and title and boundary disputes.
  • You will also work closely with more senior members of the team on more complex disputes.
  • Confident and capable of playing an active role in business development and profile-raising.
  • You will be responsible for supervising more junior members of the team.
  • This is a role with real scope for progression, offering exposure to high-quality work and the support needed to build your own practice.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • You will be a confident and commercially minded property litigator with a genuine interest in developing your career and contributing to a growing national team.
  • Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • The confidence to manage matters independently.
  • Strong drafting, legal analysis and case management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a team.
