Private Wealth & Tax Solicitor, 6 Years PQE, Birmingham, £80,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Private Wealth & Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham. JOB REF:3893

Responsibilities

• Estate and asset protection planning.
• Drafting wills, including tax‑efficient and trust‑based structures.
• Probate planning and estate administration.
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years PQE.
• Strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
• Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and teamwork.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous.
