This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer with strong technical expertise and a genuine interest in employment law to play a key role in a dynamic and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities
  • You will provide employment law advice to a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, working on varied and often complex matters.
  • You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay.
  • Assisting with the supervision and management of more junior members of the team.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, including training and networking activities.
Skills Required
  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
  • Experience of employment tribunal advocacy, ideally including multi-day hearings.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work.
