This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with transactional or advisory tax experience to work on high-quality, technically challenging work, with excellent career development prospects.

THE ROLE:

  • You will provide expert advice to clients on a range of corporate tax matters, including both UK and international tax issues.
  • You will apply your technical knowledge to deliver practical solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Advising on corporate tax matters within transactional and/or advisory contexts.
  • Applying strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax rules and structures.
  • Working on a mix of advisory and transactional work, depending on your experience and specialism.
  • Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate tax, ideally within a transactional or advisory tax practice.
  • Strong technical abilities and a clear understanding of UK and international tax rules.
  • Either broad corporate tax expertise or a specialist focus, particularly in real estate or funds.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own caseload.
  • Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
