An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice in the West Midlands.
THE ROLE:
- We are seeking a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team handling a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters.
- You will advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporate organisations.
- You will be responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
