Job Description Commercial Property Partner | Birmingham | National Law Firm | Head of Team Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Partner to join a national law firm in Birmingham, with the opportunity to take a lead role in shaping and developing the firm's commercial property offering. The firm is looking to appoint a commercially minded Commercial Property Partner who can take ownership of the team's development, identify new opportunities and play a key role in the wider strategic direction of the practice. You will have the freedom to develop and implement a strategy for growth, strengthen existing client relationships and bring new business into the firm, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business. Take a leading role in the development and growth of the Birmingham commercial property team. Manage a varied commercial property caseload, advising on complex transactions and providing commercially focused advice to a broad client base. Develop existing client relationships and generate new business through networking, referrals and business development initiatives. You will be an established Commercial Property Partner with a strong technical background, a demonstrable track record in business development and the ability to build and lead a successful team. Equally important will be your ability to develop relationships, inspire colleagues and identify opportunities to grow both the team and its client base.
