Construction Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Birmingham City Centre / Hybrid (50% attendance in the office) To circa £100,000 (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment with the chance to work alongside experienced industry leaders.
THE ROLE:
- You will be joining a team with exciting plans for expansion signed off by the senior management team and budgets in place.
- You will be involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, with work spanning key sectors including retail, housing, student accommodation, hospitality, and regeneration.
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial objectives.
- More senior solicitors will be involved in the supervision of junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with at least 12 months' PQE. There is scope for Legal Director and Partner appointments for those with the relevant skill set.
- It is essential that you have strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of construction contracts and appointments, as well as being adept at all aspects of construction disputes.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varied projects.
- A proactive approach to building internal and external relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently.
- A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
