THE ROLE:
- You will provide expert advice to clients on a range of corporate tax matters, including both UK and international tax issues.
- You will apply your technical knowledge to deliver practical solutions that align with client objectives.
- Advising on corporate tax matters within transactional and/or advisory contexts.
- Applying strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax rules and structures.
- Working on a mix of advisory and transactional work, depending on your experience and specialism.
- Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate tax, ideally within a transactional or advisory tax practice.
- Strong technical abilities and a clear understanding of UK and international tax rules.
- Either broad corporate tax expertise or a specialist focus, particularly in real estate or funds.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own caseload.
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
