A new role has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor looking to secure a new opportunity with a recognised team in Nottingham. Applications are sought from Dispute Resolution Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience of property litigation.
You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters.
The firm offers a structured career path, ongoing training and a friendly and supportive team. It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. Access to a car is preferable, as there could be travel between offices. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
