Acting for landlords, tenants, developers, property owners and management companies, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property litigation matters.

The role will involve advising on commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, forfeiture and possession proceedings, dilapidations claims, rent and service charge disputes, restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light, break notices and wider breach of covenant issues. You will also advise clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies while working closely with counsel and expert witnesses where required.
