JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor

THE ROLE:
/n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded team in Bedfordshire. You will advise on a broad range of family law matters, managing your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver a high-quality and personal service to clients.
/n The role will involve advising on a variety of family matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedy, children matters, cohabitation disputes and associated family law issues. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters from instruction through to resolution, including drafting legal documentation, conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate.
THE CANDIDATE:
/n Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2-5 years’ PQE and experience in family law. You will have strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills, together with the ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
/n The successful candidate will be empathetic, commercially aware and confident when dealing with sensitive and often complex matters. Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
