You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision. Your caseload will include:
- Care Proceedings
- Interim Care Orders
- Emergency Protection Orders
- Special Guardianship Orders
- Adoption Matters
- Private Children Law Cases
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong advocacy skills
- Children Panel Accreditation (essential)
- 2+ years' PQE in Children Law
- Significant experience across public and private children matters
