A highly respected and long established law firm based in Devon is looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team on a permanent basis.
- The appointed fee earner will manage a varied caseload with a focus on probate and trust administration, while also handling occasional wills and powers of attorney, and actively contributing to departmental strategy through team meetings.
- You will be working with the wider team to support process development while actively participating in departmental management discussions and contributing to team growth.
- Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with 3–5 years’ PQE in private client law and in depth experience handling probate and trust matters.
