The role involves managing a varied caseload of family law matters, advising clients on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements and other family law matters. Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and experience managing their own family law caseload. You will possess strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters, together with excellent communication and client care skills. Experience undertaking legally aided family work and a sound understanding of Legal Aid procedures would be highly advantageous, although candidates with strong privately funded family law experience are also encouraged to apply.
