We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Managing Director to lead an established and highly respected business operating within the food sector. Candidate

  • Experience operating as a Managing Director, Commercial Director, Business Unit Director or equivalent senior leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of the food sector, food manufacturing, food ingredients, food service, distribution or related sectors.
  • Proven experience delivering business growth and commercial success.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Experience leading multifunctional teams across commercial, operational and support functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills.
  • A collaborative and people‐focused leadership style.
  • The ability to translate strategic objectives into operational delivery.
