Leading Manufacturer in Wellingborough are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to deliver product-led marketing and campaign support across the UK, US and EU. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape messaging, create compelling content, and support sales teams, distributors and partners with the tools they need to build brand awareness and convert opportunities.
You will play a key role in developing product positioning, messaging and sales collateral across multiple territories and customer segments. Working closely with sales, digital and wider commercial teams, you will help plan and deliver campaigns for key product areas and new launches, ensuring all activity is commercially relevant and aligned to business priorities. You will also support trade shows, exhibitions, partner activity and distributor development, while creating high-quality content that demonstrates product value across sectors such as warehouse storage, logistics, ecommerce fulfilment and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop product positioning, messaging and sales collateral for multiple markets and customer segments.
- Plan and deliver campaign support for key products and new product launches.
- Create and manage brochures, datasheets, presentations, product guides, case studies, sector content and distributor toolkits.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify campaign themes, customer objections, market opportunities and content gaps.
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, open days and industry events, including pre-event and post-event activity.
- Build relationships with trade bodies, industry associations and relevant partners.
- Support distributor development through campaign packs, product information, training materials and co-branded assets.
- Coordinate customer case studies, testimonials and application-led content.
- Work with digital colleagues to ensure campaigns have effective landing pages, email content, videos, imagery, tracking and reporting.
- Ensure all product and campaign messaging is consistent, accurate and commercially effective.
- You will bring experience in product marketing, campaign planning or B2B marketing, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, packaging, warehouse storage or a technical product environment.
- Strong ability to translate product features into customer benefits.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Confidence working with sales teams, customers, distributors, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Experience supporting trade shows, launches, events or partner campaigns.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to brief creative or technical suppliers.
- An interest in sustainability, ecommerce fulfilment, logistics, warehouse efficiency or packaging would be advantageous.
