We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional for our Area Sales Manager opening. Within the role of Area Sales Manager, you will promote both new & used machinery sales across Wales, the Southwest of England, and the Southeast territory.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Managing and growing sales of new and used construction machinery
  • Developing long-term relationships with contractors, construction hire businesses, and end users
  • Identifying new opportunities and converting leads into profitable business
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales
  • Working closely with service and parts teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitors, and product developments

Requirements of Role:

  • Proven experience in field sales (construction plant, powered access, agricultural, material handling, forklift truck, or capital equipment)
  • Strong territory planning skills, with the willingness to travel
  • Must be a team player
  • Hold a UK driving licence
