They are currently looking for an organised and motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join their established team and support their continued growth.

The Role

Working closely with the Supply Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. This is a key role focused on maintaining a continuous flow of goods from UK‑based suppliers and ensuring data accuracy across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Forecasting: Interpret data to calculate stock requirements based on trends, anticipated demand, and lead times.
  • Order Management: Raise and process purchase orders via the ERP system, managing the lifecycle from placement to receipt.
  • Supplier Liaison: Resolve price and delivery queries and verify order acknowledgements to maintain high service levels.
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor and coordinate UK supplier deliveries and collections to ensure timely arrival at the warehouse.
  • Data Integrity: Update and maintain arrival dates and key supply chain data within the ERP system to ensure accurate budgeting and stock visibility.
  • Reporting: Produce and circulate weekly stock and supply reports to the sales agency network.
