Interim SHE Manager 3-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | 400- 500 per day, negotiable (PAYE via Umbrella) We are supporting a leading UK manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced Interim SHE Manager to provide immediate leadership at one of its largest operational sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Health, Safety Initial 3 months.
Site-based with some flexibility where appropriate.
IR35: Inside IR35.
Rate: 400- 500 per day (PAYE via Umbrella), negotiable depending on experience.
Start: Immediate.
The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will provide operational SHE leadership across a large manufacturing facility with an established safety culture and central SHE support.
Rather than firefighting compliance issues, the focus is on continuing to develop behaviours, engagement and accountability across the site while supporting ongoing improvement projects.
