The Opportunity

We are representing a global automotive manufacturing leader based in Telford. They are currently seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. While you will sit within the wider HR department, your primary mission will be to own and elevate the site's L&D activities.

The Role

  • Onboarding: Taking the lead on the induction process to ensure a seamless integration for all new hires.
