Location: Sheffield

Salary: £30,000 Basic (Salary is Negotiable DOE), Private Healthcare, Company Pension Scheme, 22 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Full Product Training, Flexible Working.

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join a market leading, global manufacturer based in Sheffield. Working for one of the most renowned, reputable names in the lifting sector, this is a company that prides itself on its customer service, reputable brand, and business culture.

As Service Administrator, you shall be tasked with planning and co-ordinating all aspects of technical support for customers, along with supporting the service team with any service administrative tasks.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Administration of documentation i.e. generating estimates, invoices and follow up paperwork
  • Be the first point of contact for any incoming calls relating to service
  • Support the service team regarding any service administration tasks, including the arranging and collection of equipment and scheduling any inspection work required
  • Processing repair and maintenance contracts
  • Raising internal Purchase Orders, Raising Sales Invoices and general administration

Requirements of Role:

  • Previous experience in a Service Administration role
  • Strong Administration experience is required
  • Good organisation and customer service skills
  • Strong user IT systems
