Oversee the onboarding of third-party occupiers, ensuring all operational and contractual requirements are met. Support delivery of property services including maintenance, surveying, capital works and asset upgrades across operational and waterfront properties. Drive commercial performance through proactive asset management and value optimisation. Maintain compliance with lease obligations, statutory requirements, and environmental performance standards. Support energy performance certification, cleaning, waste, and facilities management for tenanted spaces. Collaborate across departments to align real estate activity with wider logistics operations. Manage the estates IT system and ensure accuracy of property data and billing processes.What You’ll Bring Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) or relevant professional qualification. 3–5 years of experience in a similar commercial property or estate management role. Proven track record in building surveying, lease negotiation, and asset compliance. Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive property-related revenue streams. Knowledge of property law, landlord/tenant responsibilities, and facilities operations. Competence in MS Office and ideally property management software.
