Working for an international engineering Quality Management System while ensuring HSE requirements are effectively integrated into all business operations. This role drives quality excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the OEM production facility.
The Senior QHSE Engineer will lead initiatives to enhance product and service quality, strengthen process performance, and promote a culture of quality, while supporting HSE standards and safe working practices. Working independently, the role ensures quality objectives and HSE requirements are embedded throughout the business and aligned with the organisational goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality and HSE Management Systems, with a primary focus on quality excellence and operational performance.
- Maintain and enhance management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Plan, conduct and lead internal and external quality audits, coordinating HSE audits as required to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
- Monitor product, process and system quality performance through inspections, audits, and data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
