The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Ordering: Sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, plant, and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supplier Coordination: Obtaining and comparing supplier quotations to drive cost‑effective decisions and supporting supplier relationships.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinating logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods and services.
  • Administration: Maintaining accurate procurement records, trackers, and reporting data, including raising purchase orders.
  • Process Improvement: Assisting with cost control initiatives and identifying improvements to procurement workflows.
