Reporting To: Sales Team Manager

Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 basic salary plus uncapped commission

The Role

  • Working closely with an experienced mentor, you will receive comprehensive training and support while developing the skills required to become a successful Territory Manager.
  • Building relationships with existing customers while assisting in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting through networking, cold calling and other proactive business development activities.
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records using the CRM system.
  • Conducting research on prospective customers and presenting strategies for converting opportunities into new business.
  • Attending auctions, trade shows and industry events to develop market knowledge and customer relationships.
  • Learning the sales process and contributing to territory growth across the Yorkshire region.
