The Role
The primary focus of the role is to secure agricultural and heavy equipment consignments ahead of scheduled auctions. You will be responsible for developing and growing your territory through proactive business development, relationship management, and industry networking. The Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 4 years’ experience within the agricultural sector
- Strong existing industry contacts and relationships across the region
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills
- A self‑motivated and entrepreneurial approach
- A genuine interest and understanding of machinery and equipment
- The confidence to work independently in a field‑based role
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
- A full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of auctions and equipment valuations would be highly advantageous
