About the Role
Elite Consultancy Network is working with a well-established, multi-brand construction equipment dealership based in Newark to recruit an experienced Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing service department, supporting the coordination of workshop and field service operations across a range of leading construction equipment brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage service job cards/work orders from start to completion
- Schedule workshop and field service engineers efficiently
- Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries
- Provide customers with updates on repair progress and timelines
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability for jobs
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and job costing information
- Submit and manage warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a service administration, engineering, or automotive environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with dealer management systems is an advantage)
