National Account Manager West Midlands £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) Company Car Bonus Benefits Permanent – Full-Time Hybrid An award-winning, UK-based food manufacturer is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of key national retail and wholesale accounts. With recent record breaking performance and strong growth forecasts, this is an exciting time to join a values led, independent business supplying a niche range of branded products into major retailers and foodservice clients across the UK. You’ll be stepping into a commercially focused role, managing accounts across major UK retail and grocers, helping drive retention, commercial performance, and future innovation. This is not a new business role more account management, there is future scope to support on the expansion of product lines and uncover untapped commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow key national accounts across grocery retail, wholesale, and independent sectors Lead annual joint business plans, price negotiations, and promotional planning Analyse sales performance and report on key account KPIs Champion customer needs internally and contribute to category strategy Present new product development (NPD) opportunities and support launches Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams Ideal Candidate Profile: 3+ years in National Account Management within FMCG or food manufacturing business.
