Role: Senior Country Sales Lead
Area: Covering UK & Ireland. Ideally located in the Midlands but open for the right candidate
Salary: £60,000 base salary, OTE potential of £85,000

The requirements of the Senior Country Sales Lead will be:
- Defining and implementing a market strategy
- Carrying out market and competitor analysis
- Identifying market needs
- Providing support and direction for Area Sales Managers
- Developing, implementing and monitoring sales initiatives
The ideal candidate for Senior Country Sales Lead will have:
- Experience within a Parts Sales role within the Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant industry
- Excellent levels of knowledge, market exposure and a strong network
