The company is fast paced, and passionate about what they do and are looking for an agile, confident professional who can make safety digestible, engaging and fun! Overview of the role: Manage and oversee the Health & Safety across the site, collaborating across departments , reporting to the Site Manager Developing and implementing health and safety plans, overseeing risk assessments and safety inspections, producing and communicating health and safety guidelines, and training employees and management on compliance practices Review and updating existing policies, evaluating practices to ensure compliance with legal guidelines and preventative measures.
