The Opportunity

Are you an HR professional in the early stages of your career, looking for the break that allows you to move into a specialist area, in this case Learning & Development (L&D) role? We are representing a global automotive manufacturing leader based in Telford. They are currently seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. While you will sit within the wider HR department, your primary mission will be to own and elevate the site's L&D activities. The Role

  • L&D Strategy & Execution: Identifying training needs across both office and production environments.
