Location: Home-based, with travel across the East and West Midlands
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Contract: Six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent

Our client is a well-established UK property business with an extensive, multi-site portfolio spanning retail parks, high-street properties, industrial estates and other commercial premises. The organisation is currently investing significantly in its internal Health, Safety and Fire function, bringing services in-house that have historically been delivered by external consultancies. With an established regional structure already in place, they are now seeking an experienced Health, Safety professional to support their approach to Health, Safety and Fire compliance.
The Role: Operating across a diverse commercial property portfolio, you will undertake Health and Safety responsibilities.
