We’re supporting a leading organisation in the [sector omitted for confidentiality] space with a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused individual to join their HR team as an Interview Scheduler. This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative HR environment and is ideal for someone keen to learn about recruitment and talent operations from the inside.

You’ll work closely with the internal recruitment team to coordinate interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating interview scheduling and logistics through Workday and Outlook.
  • Communicating with candidates and hiring teams to confirm availability and interview details.
  • Ensuring candidate data and notes are accurately recorded.
  • Tracking interview feedback and following up where necessary.
  • Supporting ad-hoc recruitment projects such as CV screening or process improvement.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a recent graduate or has up to 12 months’ experience in recruitment or administrative support.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a naturally positive, proactive approach.
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Is keen to develop within an HR or recruitment setting.

Experience using Workday or Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided. Above all, attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn matter most.

This is a temporary role (initially around 6 months, likely to extend) with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person as the team continues to grow. If you’re eager to kickstart your HR career and want to gain hands-on experience in a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
