A leading international machinery and equipment provider is looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to join its growing service team. Operating across the construction, material handling, recycling and transport sectors, the business has a long-established reputation for delivering high-quality equipment and aftersales support across the UK and internationally.

This field-based role will be covering South West London, areas inside the M25, and the South Coast region from the Horsham area. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering first-class customer service through the maintenance, servicing and repair of heavy construction plant and associated equipment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Overtime is paid at enhanced rates, including time and a half and double time where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain and repair heavy construction and plant equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
  • Carry out breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance
