We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to join a well-established, independent hire company who specialise in construction machinery. This is a growing organisation that prides itself on its culture, offering a friendly working environment where you’ll be given full autonomy and be empowered in your role. Responsibilities of the Role:
- Taking inbound hire enquiries from customers
- Ensuring all paperwork and administration work is concluded with each hire
- Checking availability of machines and ensuring machine checks are up to date
- Delivering high levels of customer service to all customers
- Liaising with internal team members to ensure all bookings are coordinated accurately and efficiently
Requirements of Role:
- Previous experience in a Hire Desk Controller, Customer Service, or Administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience working within the Crane Hire, Powered Access, or Plant Hire industry
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Experience working with Salesforce would be advantageous
