You will lead on-site safety activities including inspections, pre-start and planning meetings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards, particularly around high-risk works. You will build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders, promoting a proactive and practical safety culture.

The successful candidate will have strong, hands-on Health & Safety experience within the construction industry, ideally from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background. You must have good man management experience, but also be able to be professional and ensure all health and safety standards are met.

What we are looking for:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Minimum Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience required
  • In-depth health, safety and environmental knowledge within the construction sector.
