An opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Advisor to join a major infrastructure project in the Midlands, supporting the delivery of one of the UK’s most significant transport programmes. You will be working on-site within a large, internationally backed organisation delivering complex civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure site works comply with environmental legislation and the Construction Code of Practice
  • Support the development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
  • Assist with environmental mitigation measures and monitoring programmes
  • Ensure construction methodologies meet Environmental Minimum Requirements
  • Support environmental reporting and management of environmental risks and opportunities

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an environmental role within civil engineering or construction
  • Hands-on site-based experience (not purely consultancy)
  • Understanding of environmental legislation and compliance within construction

Location

Site-based role in Coventry, with occasional travel across Midlands sites.

Salary & Benefits

  • £45,000 – £47,000 Base Salary
