We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to join a well-established, independent hire company who specialise in construction machinery.   • Delivering high levels of customer service to all customers
  • Liaising with internal team members to ensure all bookings are coordinated accurately and efficiently

Requirements of Role:

  • Previous experience in a Hire Desk Controller, Customer Service, or Administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Experience working within the Crane Hire, Powered Access, or Plant Hire industry
  • Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
